iridium plugs should never be regapped because it weakens the the gap-per/or rod on the plug that you bend to re-gap and they break off and you want to see the damage they do to the cylinder head[:-]

I have similar issues. The car would hesitate every once in a while. Yesterday, it did it more and the check engine light would flicker. Then it flashed and stayed on. The car is a 2002 225 with the REVO flash. It has 80k and the plugs were changed at 74K. The coil packs are the originals. I will get the CEL code tomorrow, but do you concur that it is most likely the coil packs?
had exactly that happen a year ago at H2O. Bad plugs.
I had ordered new plugs, but they didn't come in before I left for the show. One plug probably had nearly a .040" gap due to erosion.
Change your plugs first, an BTW, I'd almost say any iridium plug is at least some hype. That hype is the 50-60K service interval they claim. You could probably get 30K out of a regular copper core plug at a 1/4 the price. Even changing the plugs twice as often, you're still coming out at half the cost.

If the trouble still persists... find what cylinder you are misfiring in, swap that CP with another and see if the trouble follows the pack.
I would first start with a known good set of plugs that are gapped correctly.
