As Random was saying get a boost gauge.
It's the quickest way to find out if you have a boost or vacuum leak.
Any flash that you go with will change/adjust the maps in the ECU.
My recommendationwould be touse the shop that is closest to your home.
There are not thatmany preformance differences between the basic 93 octane tunes (APR, REVO, UNITRONIC, GIAC). That way if you need to be reflashed itwould be less of an inconvience.
