As for the fan, your not going to gain much since all the cooling is needed when the car is moving and that negates the fan. You will keep idle temps down, but they will lower anyways when the car is moving again. just think of it as a radiator that sucks. Your car parked heats up and as soon as you are moving again, everything is back where is should be. Plus your not going to get lower iat's with it either.
