ok guys i'm trying to find out if my car has a problem or if this is normal. i have a 225 with a revo chip forge 004 bov and modshack intake and blueflame exhaust. so in first and second gear i only get 15 psi in 3 and 4 i get around 18 and in 5 and 6 i get 20psi. also in every gear (but 6 gear) my psi drops down to 15. i also installed a mbc to try and fix this problem. i can't get my car to push anymore boost and it still does the same thin. i want to be able to hold my boost so i got the turboxs hpbc. i was gonna go with the race n75. is this all normal. i friend of mine told me i may have Gear based Boost. i have no clue if that is true. also why can't i get more then 20psi with the MBC?

 

YOu need to swap springs in the bov. Also, you wont make as much boost in 1 and 2 like you will in 3+, that is completely normal.
