Default GIAC low boost, coolant temp

I just got my 01TTQR chipped. It feels a lot faster now, but it is spiking to 20 and then dropping/holding at 15psi. I just replaced the green spring in my forge DV with the yellow and that didn't make a difference. Also, possibly related, my coolant temp is low. It warms up to around 72 and sits there. If I get on it it will move up to 77, but then will drop back down. I tried replacing my (green top) coolant sensor with a new one and that didn't help. Also verified thermostat with warm water, seems to be functioning properly. I did notice that when I pulled the old coolant sensor the part that sits in the coolant looked oxidized. It was kinda black. Any help/ideas appreciated.

coolent needs changed. It should be pink. As for the chip, many people have a problem with giac and some n75's. You might need to get a mbc to cure the boost problem. But first check for leaks and try adding in a shim in the dv

Thanks cincy. Picking up a voodoo soon. The coolant in my overflow tank is pink. I would think that bad coolant would cause higher than normal temp. I will flush it out and see if that helps. Forgot to mention, water pump is new and had low coolant temp before and after replacement.

they come with like a 4mm standerd. You have to upgrade to the 6mm.
