sounds like your wastegate is going bad or got loose if it worked better after you tightened it. If adding a little more pressure on it doesnt completly cure it, you may need to buy a new wastegate from someone with a dead turbo. The a4 guys have wastegates go bad more often then we do.

Yah it helped a little. I think you may be right on the wastegate. I just need to get a exhaust manifold for my garret T3/T4 turbo, I already havea mammoth externalwastegate lined up for that setup. Only things I need is the exhaust manifold, injectors, wal 255, 4bar, and think i will be good to go. Im also going with the meth/water mix and deleting my intercooler that way the motor wont have to work hard at all to get cooled. Should be a fun project once complete. I should be yeilding close to 400hp once complete. Any rec's on where I can get the parts thecheapest? I know i can get the fuel pump of ebay for like 100 bucks. I also remember Cincy stating in another thread that a certain brand of injectors have the same spray pattern as we do stock.

Genisis injectors from USRT ( usrallyteam.com )

Ok, about the ic delete......DONT DO IT.
Couple reasons:
1) That would be fine with a vr6 running 7-10psi and not really working a turbo causing heat. You would be limited to the amount of boost you could run due to just water/meth.
2) You would need a HUGE tank to supply enough fluid to cool the charge. Also refill often.

Thats just not the way to go. Something like an ARP fmic would supply enough cooling, be the shortest path to the tb, and is a more effient design than a strait through design unlike most traditional ic's.
