I swear it really doesn't. I keep getting little problems that suck from the "intake, chip, dv" fund.

1. Clutch <-- Fixed actually upgraded. I guess this is a performance mod.
2. Temp Sensor/Radiator fans. <-- Fixed
3. MAF (ongoing problem)
4. P/S Headlight Ignitor. <-- Fixed after some hardwork and "jerry-rigging" (no offense to anyone named jerry. [8D]) P/S has 2 ignitors inside it now!


Just a small rant. Looks like everything is slowly coming together again!

I also had time to do the foglight mod today. Now they work w/ parking lights alone.

keep in mind I didn't remove the headlight for any of this. working with it in the car and the back open.

Took the connection going from the power supply to the old ignitor and plugged into new ignitor. Then simply just fit the new ignitor in some empty space inside the headlight assembly andclosed it up.

The new ignitor that works is from my old headlight assembly. It is a serious PITA to get the assembly apart to get the ignitor out. There was no way I was going to do that to a good assembly.

 

Man I hate that feeling. Reminds me of Murphy's law. Look it up. Used to happen to me all the time, once i had enough money for something I had been saving for, BOOM some random nonsense would happen and it **** all over your plans. Sometimes it just happens like that. I believe it will happen when it happens, but sometimes thats just not good enough.
