Smile Need help on clutch kit.

Hi,
My clutch went out today while im driving...
so im looking for replacement clutch kit.

1) ECS stage 1 kit

which one is better?

what is labor hours on installation.
I heard that max 10hrs correct?

what is matter on LB on flywheel?

is that gonna fit my 00 audi 180 FWD ?

I have the ecs kit on my car. Holds my setup rather well. I personally would go with the 14lb fw since the lighter it is, the harder it is to get it moving from a stop. Mine doesnt chatter anymore with another 100rpms at idle also.
