I'm too picky about the lighting matching, and being able to close the cover over the radio, and the size of the headunit.... basically I'm stuck with stock until I either lower my standards, or $1000 for a real high end H/U gets dropped in my lap. I dont' listen to the radio much anyway while Im driving, and if it is on, sirius is the only thing I use.

TT Stuff has a NICE carbon fiber surround to fill the gap a standard 1DIN uses.

My Excelon lighting is switchable from red to green for the button lighting(obviously I use red), and the display is 3 color red/blue/white, with only a little blue so It matches the Gauge cluster pretty nicely.

Its a discontinued KDC-X579 I got for $200 that will read Huge MP3 Cd's so I dont need to keep more then 1 CD in my car, and its fully IPod compatible
