2000 A4 Issues
I have an A4 1.8T with a few issues. I pretty recently installed new cv axles up front as well as pads, rotors and brake hoses. About right after doing this, my ABS light comes on all the time and my parking light blinks both of these are followed by the irritating beep noise. I thought that perhaps it has something to do with my brake module, however i find it a lil odd for it to go out right after wrenching on it. Is there some sort of contact/ sensor on the axles themselves that may have triggered something?
One other thing I noticed after doing the work on the car, is that there is a rattle in driver's front wheel well i can hear it when going over rough surfaces a "click clack"...wondering it its something suspension related everything handles and steers fine and i have looked it over and the wheel isn't sloppy or anything when I jack it up and move it around.
It appears I do more harm than good when working on my audi :P....any ideas? Thanks!

The brake light is probably aftermarket pad sensors. Just a guess.
The abs is probably a broken or missing toner ring.
The clunk i would guess at bad upper control arms.
These are all guesses but would i say i got at least one right.

for the record, the abs light is attached to the e-brake light in your case. The ABS module is pissed off and its triggering your dash lights and beeping. (ask me how i know)
There is a sensor on EACH wheel for the abs. check the ones you were working on. The clunk, definitely check all the bolts holding your halfshafts in.
