97 A4 2.8q EGR question.

On my friend's 96 12v, we took off the throttle intake pipe leading to the throttle body, and cleaned out the throttle body and the two inlets (there was a lot of sludge there) and that fixed his EGR problem (same code definition). You could try doing that and see if that gets rid of the CEL.
