Unhappy Audi A4 Running Rough!!!!

Yo so sup guys this is quattrohead15. I got a bit of a problem. today as i was driving home tonight the check engine began to flash and when i got up to 4th gear the car started to feel rough. usually 4th gear runs smooth and then i pop it into 5th, but then when i got to the stop light and started all over again to 1st i notice all the gears where running rough. I know its the engine, cuz you can hear the engine pushing but im not sure what the problem is can, it be a misfire, is it a blow gasket, are my spark plugs out, is it the voltage adapter, what is it. if anyone out there may know what this problem is let me know so i can hurry up and fix the problem.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Scan it for codes, can almost guarantee you're misfiring.

Actually the car is misfiring. But its not due to any leaks. I guess what happened is the ICM went out just like every other ICM out there, and of course began causing the car to run ruff. besides that the spark plugs when i removed them to inspect them they where dark brown at the tip where the spark is ignited from. When i also pulled out the coils for each of the spark plugs coil 3, and 4 where torn at the very bottom so now i have to get that brand new set of coils. the car fuel system is good injectors, fuel rail, intake, so forth. Its that coil i was talking about its not sending a reliable spark to cylinder 3 and 4 so its definitely misfiring.
