Not til next year at least. The wife will kill me if I go dropping money on those right now lol - other priorities to take care of first.

Hey I'm plannin on finally doing this swap this weekend, but had a question:

guide pins: anyone ever replaced them? do they need it? If they absolutely need to be replaced i'll have to order them now and have them overnighted or something

You're talking slider bolts that secure caliper to carrier right? Nope, no need really. We usually recondition them each brake job. Take them and clean them really well using a wire wheel on a drill until they shine. Put a round wire brush on the drill and ream out the slots they mount into. Then grease the bejeezus out of them and they'll be perfect.

Don't forget to paint those carriers either!
