brake pad change
HELP!!!!
Changing brake pads on the rear of my '97 A4 2wd, and the caliper wouldn't push back in. They are lucas calipers with parking brake built in.
Pulled caliper off and tore the dust booty. Have new but cant get the puck compressed into caliper. Dose anyone know the trick?

Not sure about the 2wd model, but the rear caliper on an A4 typically has to be rotated as it is pushed back in - basically screwed in. Also - make sure you have taken the cover off the brake fluid reservoir.
