Don't forget to burp the system or you'll overheat when you drive.

 

since this is the second time this has happened, inspect your mounts (engine,snub,transmission) and make sure they are in good condition. thats the only thing i can think of what would cause the fan belt to hit the rad.

 

how do you do that?

 

I think if your fan has broke twice in two years you need to do an electric fan conversion... or figure out why it's breaking. How many miles are on your car and when did you last change the water pump?
