Default Clutch help!!

I just installed a grip force stage 2 conversion clutch in my car. Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. Installed by a Audi master tech. The sweet spot when I raise the clutch pedal is almost at the top. Drove it for week to see if anything changed but it didn't. We replaced the master clutch cylinder and the slave. We checked the hydraulic lines. Still very high sweet spot. I called grip force and spoke with tech and they said they sell many of these kits and this is the first they heard of this. We pulled the clutch back out inspect all parts and everything looks fine. Before I ship the clutch kit back to grip force for testing and not have my car for three weeks, can anyone help me with this? I have been reading and researching but can't find a solution. Very frustrated!!

Many aftermarket clutches do have a lower engagement point; my clutch engages slightly above halfway. Does your new clutch slip at all? That's the only thing related to a high engagement point that I would worry about.
