Firstly I lost my headlight washer cap in an accident, anywhere I can get another one in silver for a 01 b5?

Also I bought the Xentec HID kit, I've been too lazy to install it. Now that I look at it I see the power cables have little things to probably run wires to the battery, how does that work? Any tutorials?

 

Either source a used painted cap from a junkyard or you buy one that's unpainted.

Check out Shokan for some used painted ones and see if they carry any.

As for HID - the power should come from stock wiring that came with the car. Does the kit come with an extra relay?

I've gone through 3 washer caps since I bought this car a year ago lol. I think I'm just gonna forgo replacing it and throw a band aide sticker over the hole
