I just picked up a 96 A4. The previous owner installed a set of depo 2 piece projector headlights.

Currently my fog lights are not hooked up to anything.

I am wanting to install a set of fog lights from around a 2000 that goes on the bumper. Everything is in place except for the wiring harness. I'm wondering if the connector from the pre-facelift fog lights will plug into a set of ~2000 fog lights.

Easiest way is to just tap the fog and ground wires on the headlight harness. Brown is ground and green/yellow is fog. Clamp wiretaps onto them, run wires down to the fogs, and terminate them with female blade connectors. Get the narrow ones used for stereo systems and just plug them onto the blade tongs in the fog housing connectors and you're done.
