Default Heated Mirrors Problem?

Ok so it snowed today and I have heated mirrors, but only the drivers side is working and is warm to the touch, but my stubby passenger side mirror didn't melt the ice and is cold to the touch. What could be wrong with it?

Thanks!

Broken wires to the heater element, likely inside the door accordion (where the wires run from the car out to the door). From what I read a couple years ago, that's a common cause of failure for the mirror heaters.

Get the Haynes manual at AutoZone for the car, find the diagrams in the back that show each wire and its locations, and use a multimeter to ohm them out - find one that measures open, and replace it (or find the break and repair it).
