Default HID Relay Install Kit (Ballast Location)

So, I have been having problems with my HID kit since install. One light has always been a little bit dimmer (changed the light bulb several times), when I flip the headlights on the radio kicks off and now I'm getting flickering of one headlight. I'm just using the splicing I did when I changes from 2 piece headlights to one. My question is if I do the relay kit, where should I put the ballast since it's running straight to the battery? Will this solve my problem?
Thanks

So, I finally got the relay setup and it is working fine, but I'm still having a problem with one headlight being brighter and one being blue. I has swapped bulbs, new ballast and everything else, but nothing works.
Any ideas?

If you've swapped bulbs and ballasts and are still having the same issue, it could be your projectors or how they're aimed. E-Codes? Or OEM?

I had something a little similar. Coincidentally, I had to install a relay kit as well.

OEM I believe
It still doesn't make sine with the color difference.
Also, you have a good DIY for leveling headlights? I see the screw spinning but it looks like it doesn't work
thanks
