ok so i did a leak check and i have none (i used the tennis ball method), i read on another forum that it could be the n75 valve, so i went ahead and checked that, i read to check it to disconnect the top hose and to drive it and see if it boosted up, it did so does this mean i have a bad n75?

Start by checking for leaks in the boost gauge lines just to eliminate a tail-chasing situation. If it checks out ok, check all the lines to your N75. YTou should have a DTC stored if it's in limp.

DTC means diagnostic trouble code. What code is stored?

Not to keep beating the dead horse BUT

P0102 is a MAF sensor code. Problems with the MAF sensor will cause the lack of power you are describing. Its either the MAF sensor or a wiring/connection problem to the MAF sensor.

So its the same code again. I think you're going to need a MAF at this point if cleaning the MAF, TB and TB adapt hasn't worked. You've eliminated boost leaks and vacuum leaks, so the code points to MAF or wiring.
