Default how to change rotors

would like to change the rotors on my 99 2.8Q and was wondering the steps involved in removing the rotor.
In my accord you use an impact driver to remove the two bolts off the rotor and it slides out. Would it be similiar?

Remove the lugs and wheel, and remove the caliper (there are rubber caps over the bolt heads to do so - slide the bolts out and remove the caliper from the carrier). The carrier is bolted onto the back of the hub. I believe that has to come off first, and then you can slide the rotor off. Go to www.audiworld.com and check the Tech section - there's a reference DIY procedure there for installing the A8 upgrade and it'll give you all the steps.

front and rear are a little different. but the front is 2 7mm allen keys i think then a bigger size for the carrier. the rears are 2 13mm bolts. If you do the rear you need the tool for the piston cause the parking brake and the caliper are all one piece. And when you push in the pistons unscrew the resivor cap, and do one side at a time. You dont want to push the piston in on one side and not have anything keeping the piston in on the other, and if you dono how it goes back you can always look at the otherside. Very easy job.

yeah i have that piston tool for the rears as my accord was similiar. In addition to that I also purchased a C Clamp. I had slotted discs on the accord and it made a hella of a difference in stopping.
The audi feels weak but could also be due to the 18's with summer tires that im driving with right now in the winter. ( am buying all season or winter for the stock 16' rims )

my rear was 8mm allen. but just chekc out wut you have and use the right tools. make sure you have PB blaster and a 2 3" extentions to do the rear ones. basically do wut jeremy and cole said. and change the caliper pins/bolts while you're at it, they are rly cheap. make sure to get grease and if you're doing the front pads, make sure the inner ones clip on the caliper and have it rly tight or you'll have to take the thing apart again cuz you'll hear clunking at low speeds.
