Nah, I met with the prosecutor before I went into see the judge, and the prosecutor dismissed it. When I went in front of the judge I guess the judge was baffled as to why it was being dismissed. So she called in the prosecutor, the prosecutor told the judge basically what I told him and she said, "thank you sir, you're free to go" I wish I would've said "well, yea thanks for waisting my time, get it right the next time"
