Default Install AFPR

Giac ECU and injectors arrived.
Now need to install the required AFPR.
Can someone tell me
a) where to install (or maybe how to instructions)
b) how to set the AFPR (below is the one from ECS that I have) to 2.8 or 3 bar?

Find the stock one, pull the clip, pull it out, push this one in, reclip. Without a gauge, you wont be able to dial it in correctly.

It goes in place of your stock fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. Just pull out the retaining clip, pop out the old one and swap them. There's pressure built up in the fuel lines, so it takes a lil coercion.
As for adjusting the pressure, I'm assuming you got the gauge with the adjustable regulator? It's done via the set nut and Allen bolt. Remember, 14.5psi equals 1bar.
