MBC not working right?
I wanted to turn up my stock turbo so I bought a boost gauge and MBC. I intalled my gauge in my middle vent, which looks awesome as hell, and ran it for the first time with the guage working. It spiked up to 15psi? Well, i came to conclude that my ecu was chipped, because that seems to be the only way that can happen on a stock turbo with hardly anything done to it. I still wanted to push my stock turbo to 20psi. I know thats really pushin it, but if it blows, it gives me an excuse to buy a K04. I intalled the MBC and couldn't get hardly anything from it. I turned the **** all the way to the right and i'm only pushin 17psi, 2psi more than before. What the heck is the problem? I followed the DIY forum to intall the MBC. I ran the line from the wastgate to the port directly infront of the turn ****. The other line to the side of the **** on the tee went back into the n75 valve. It was just rerouting the line throught the MBC. I'm not very happy with the results. I expected to have bigger gains. What did I do wrong? What else would I be forgetting?

RE: MBC not working right?
If I don't see any signs of the ecu being chipped, then why did my boost guage read 15 psi? I just went for a drive with my MBC installed 5 mins ago and I'm boosting to 18psi now. I think thats all I am able to get out of it right now?
