Unhappy Need Lots of Help with my a4. PLEASE!!!

So im having multiple problems with my 1999 a4 1.8t quattro, (i believe it is the early 99, has 2 peice headlights) and kinda tired of fixing things on it. but if anyone knows a lot about these cars, help with getting parts, be available to text or call you with questions, and kind of help would be greatly appreciated. i am a college kid trying to afford my audi and its not working so hot. really dont want to sell this car but i might have to soon if i cant get it working right.
Problems= 1.squeeling noise all the time coming from right side. i was told the rotors are shot so bad they are squeeling all the time? possiblilites?
2. torn cv boot on front passenger side.. how to fix. without getting raped by dealers.
3. exhaust snapped in half at the front of the car in the center under the car not completely at the engine but close.. now sounds like i have a 1.8t diesel tractor.
4. dents in hood are unattractive and were there when i got it...anybody know anywhere to get a hood cheap? need black..or carbon fiber..
5. anybody near the sioux falls south dakota area willing to help/ know anybody that does body work cheap? somebody tried breaking into my car and left the back drivers side quarter panel smashed in. 1200 quote at body shop.
6. need brackets and mounting hardware for the belly pan/ skip plate. i bought the plate for 100 bucks from dealer but found out my brackets are broken.
7. need front lower bumper lip and side valances. oem is fine with me.
8. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE CUP HOLDERS. the top of my armrest is broken at the hinges but the previous owner kept the cupholders that go under it. WTF!.
8.Tiptonic doesnt work...the magnet IS in the little dealy..
9. car washes or rain dumb water into my car and soaks the floor. already replaced the tcm because as you all know it is conviently placed under the carpet on passenger side and got soaked and fried the wires.
10. cruise control doesnt work..
11. looking for one piece headlights. better looking taillights...and a new grille mine broke.
12.driving at about 30 mph in town when i go up like slight hills with my foot lightly on the pedal to maintain speed the rpms jump up and down with a range of about 600 and it is noticeable.
13. was told my halfshafts are both bad? how do you know this???
14. rear seal is bad and is leaking either tranny fluid into oil or other way around. idr what they said.
SO MANY PROBLEMS SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

**probably mulitiple other things that i cant think of right now or have not discovered yet will keep posted.

Wow, quite a laundry list you have there. Lets see...

Possible, but more likely that the pads have worn down to the wear indicators, which are rubbing on the rotors. In which case you'd need to replace them both anyway. Easy DIY job.

2. torn cv boot on front passenger side.. how to fix. without getting raped by dealers.
Another easy DIY job. ECS and Blauparts both sell cheap CV joint boot replacement kits. Have they started clicking yet? If so, you'll need to replace the joints as well

3. exhaust snapped in half at the front of the car in the center under the car not completely at the engine but close.. now sounds like i have a 1.8t diesel tractor.
sounds like the sleeve clamp that connects the down pipe to the rest of the exhaust. Happens all the time, an exhaust shop should be able to fix that for almost nothing.

4. dents in hood are unattractive and were there when i got it...anybody know anywhere to get a hood cheap? need black..or carbon fiber..
best place to get big parts like that is par-outs in the classifieds. you could also try local bone yards or online setups like carparts.com or shokan.com, but they're not cheap.

5. anybody near the sioux falls south dakota area willing to help/ know anybody that does body work cheap? somebody tried breaking into my car and left the back drivers side quarter panel smashed in. 1200 quote at body shop.
that's going to be expensive either way. check the regional forums here and on audizine and ask around there.

6. need brackets and mounting hardware for the belly pan/ skip plate. i bought the plate for 100 bucks from dealer but found out my brackets are broken.
that plastic belly pan is useless. you can buy the mounting hardware from ECS, that bracket that goes behind the front subframe is going to have to be a junk yard item for sure

7. need front lower bumper lip and side valances. oem is fine with me.
junkyard for the front valence, ECS tuning for the lower side mouldings.

8. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE CUP HOLDERS. the top of my armrest is broken at the hinges but the previous owner kept the cupholders that go under it. WTF!.
Those cupholders were **** anyway, but this would be yet another junk yard item.

8.Tiptonic doesnt work...the magnet IS in the little dealy..
can't help you there, don't know the first thing about it

9. car washes or rain dumb water into my car and soaks the floor. already replaced the tcm because as you all know it is conviently placed under the carpet on passenger side and got soaked and fried the wires.
Sounds like weather stripping on one of the doors, can you tell exactly where its coming from?

10. cruise control doesnt work..
probably the headlight combi switch (common failure) or the cruise control module

11. looking for one piece headlights. better looking taillights...and a new grille mine broke.
you can swap your headlights for one-piece housings from facelift A4's, or pick up some one-piece e-codes on eBay for about $200. It will require cutting the front fenders and some light wiring.

12.driving at about 30 mph in town when i go up like slight hills with my foot lightly on the pedal to maintain speed the rpms jump up and down with a range of about 600 and it is noticeable.
Could be a number of things going on there, any CEL? Do a throttle body alignment (google it) and see if it gets better

13. was told my halfshafts are both bad? how do you know this???
who told you that? which ones?

14. rear seal is bad and is leaking either tranny fluid into oil or other way around. idk what they said.
if it's the rear main, it's leaking oil. That is a huge pain in the *** to fix.

Hate to say it, but I agree with legend. This car is fucked three ways to next week.

yea. I mean, half of those problems are (like CCA4 stated) pretty easy DIY jobs. but, the others not so much. Not saying it cant be done. anything can be done with patience and some cashflow. but the money youre going to spend on parts and labor (and your own time on the DIY's because your time is worth money) is going to put you ~2/3 towards buying the same exact car in near perfect functional condition.

Im all for trying to save my cars and tackling the problems, but sometimes you just have to know when to cut your losses. for instance, say you get all of this fixed and manage to save a couple bucks by not buying a new car. given all of the problems you have currently im *assuming* the car wasnt properly maintained, whats to say that any number of catastrophic VW failures wont befall your newly fixed car. One thing you need to know is that these cars will NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH if given the chance. ive made that mistake before trying to breath life into cars that are "too far gone" by other peoples standards. trust me when i say all you will get is heartache, headache, buttache, and and empty bank account.

all this can be taken with a grain or two of salt. just my .02
