Do you like your new audi? Very much; I've wanted one for several years.

How long have you owned it? 4 months

Why did you decide to buy one? I sold my '71 Skylark Raggtop

Was there another vehicle you were thinking about before you bought the audi?

BMW or Mercedes Convertible

Do you like your new audi? I adore it, and I can't wait to get the new turbo put on.

How long have you owned it? 10 days, driven it only two

Why did you decide to buy one? Ditched the husbands nasty old Kia

Was there another vehicle you were thinking about before you bought the audi?

I had looked at a couple different vehicles. I really wanted a convertible, and looked at an Eclipse because we had previously owned one, but then I remembered how much I hated it. We looked at Jetta Wolfsburgs, loved them, then I went on my own and was going to look at an 02 Olds Bravada, saw the Audi and fell in love.

1) Haven't determined that as it still needs a clutch job. Looks nice though.

2) Bought it Monday.

3) I've had VW's for years and was always curious about the Audi line, especially the quattros.

4) Originally I was looking for a car for my daughter and thought this would make a nice ride for her. Unfortunately she needs something more immediate so I will be the proud owner from here on.

2) Owned it two days

3) It was well priced and more car for the money at anything else around

4) Yes as ive always had smaller cars - focus / golf

Fell in Love once I set my eyes on her, and still do

About a year and a half now.

I was at the auction, and got lucky

Don't remember but when I saw the Audi at the auction, I said "there was no way", but ended up with it

Don't Know about that guy but I do run a Tial Q BOV on my car (long story why) and I tried using one when my car was APR Stg3 a few years back but it barely ran untill the ECM started adapting. As long at the valve is closed It's fine but my car goes rich between shifts and AFR's are all over the place when I'm on and off the gas frequently (ie parallel parking or inching in traffic).
The reason is that the ECM adds fuel when the throttle closes to compensate for the anticipated air that's supposed to be entering the intake track when the DV opens. When that air charge vents to atmosphere instead of the intake your AFR goes rich. After that it's a race to see how quickly your O2 sensor can correct for the rich condition...AKA runs like crap.
