Default One headlight.... Still

I had a vvme HID kit and the driver's side light went out so I bought a ddm tuning kit and swapped those in. The driver's side light STILL isn't working! Is there a fuse or something I need to check?

did you try turning the light on then of then back on again? i have the ddm 3000k hids in my fogs, sometimes the ballast doesnt turn on. but if i turn it off then back on again it will turn on. kinda weird i know. but they work fine.

The fuse panel in the driver's side of the dashboard has individual fuses for each headlight. If they're both fine, and you still have a light out, swap ballasts side to side and see if the issue follows - that'll tell you if you have a bad ballast. If not, it is either a bad bulb (which you can then swap to see if the bulb is bad) or a fault in the wiring somewhere, which will require some time and patience with a multimeter.

I'll check the fuses tomorrow. I was wondering if there was only one fuse for both headlights but if they're separate fuses I think that might be the issue. I would assume it wouldn't be a ballast or bulb issue considering the kit is brand new. But if that is the problem I'll be having a chat with ddm tuning...
