S4 spring swap

Hi

I want to swap the springs on my 96 a4 2.8l with s4 springs. Will 2001.5 Audi S4 springs fit on mine.....

Wanted to confirm before buying....

Yes they will work.
I would recommend upgrading your struts also...

just find someone selling their s4 springs and shocks and swap them, the springs will work right out of the box but the struts wont last long.

I've had mine on for about 15k miles (S4 springs on OEM A4 non-sport struts), and no issues yet. I don't beat the hell out of my car, but so far no issues whatsoever. If you can get the S4 struts to go with the springs, you'd probably be better off (and lower too) but at least in my experience thus far, no problems at all with A4 struts and S4 springs. And the upgrade in ride/handling is very much worth it.
