So I have Some Results of e-85!
So after driving around and tuning a little bit I have a conclusion on it. With my setup, look in the garage for, runing 640cc Simmins injectors from 91 pump gas to e-85 I have interesting relults. The unitronics bt 640 file is running those at about ~76% at WOT close to ~7200 RPM with a A/F of about ~12.5 all the way though. After the change and even adding some timing without much fuel tuning I hold about ~11.5 A/F and the injectors are about ~80% at about ~6800 RPM and climb to, Im guessing ~95% max at 7300 RPM. I know that long holds above 80% is not too good, but for about 1000 rpm is acceptible. If anyone would like to see the raw data pm me. I can't really tune the a/f better because I know I'm pushing the rods breaking point now.....plans for my engine build is very soon
very nice info, you should post on Zine since those guys are more into tuning that us AFers lol. you should do like a formal review on it with your full car spec, i'm sure there will be people who want to do what you did and you wouldn't have to keep pming people haha.
Sounds like you're on the right track for sure. I'd love to see the data, either via PM or posted here (which I'd suggest - it'd open the exposure to more people who may have insight and it's also a good kick for some of the guys that are on the fence about modding beyond the basic chip, catback, and K04).
I don't know on what or what mods either.

Build that engine and crank up the boost! you can't reach the limits of that turbo on a stock block with 91octane, it's useless to try and make big power on e85 with a stock block. Congrats on getting it going... I have a feeling those 640cc injectors are going to be the limiting factor.
Definitely post up a build thread on audizine!
