speaker swap

What exactly do you need help with? Its simply a matter of buying new ones, take the door apart and wire the new speakers in. The front ones are very simple, It should have two plugs in them, unplug em and plug them to the new speakers. For the back ones (very back, not the door) you need to solder the wires to the speaker well that's at least what i did.
I would also recommend an amp to power your aftermarket speakers as you wont see much gains if they are powered from your deck.
What exactly are you buying?

What year is your car? Depending on the year of the car, either the rears or all the speakers will be amped externally, with a line-level signal from the head unit. You'll need at least one amp to drive the new speakers.

i went to do the rear deck speakers and i got the left one fine i had to cut the wires then connect them to the speaker then i went to do the right one and cut the wires off the connector and there were more then just the positive and negative wires now my whole stereo doesn't work

There is a small amplifier connected to the driver's rear deck speaker in the non-Bose sedan. You need this to power both rears. When I replaced my deck speakers, I replaced that amp with an aftermarket unit and just used the low-level inputs from the stock amp.

The wires are color coded, so you should be able to join up any that you cut. If you don't want to find a different amp, you can just run the green and black wires from the stock amp to your new speaker on the driver's side. Then you'll need to find a way to secure that amp without the original speaker to hold it.
