just saw you have a 2.8. I was thinking you had a 1.8T

 

there was a thread about this awhile back... my car makes the same tick.

I believe it was found to be something near the air box and is completely normal. sorry I can't be more specific, but there definitely was a thread about this and it seemed that it was not out of the ordindary
