what cone filter should i get

Lil soap and water then a few hours to dry takes care of that.

is it ok to have an oiled k&n panel filter, cuz thats what i have now lol

If you are mounting it right to the maf DO NOT get a filter that has a inverted cone because it will cause a dead spot right in front of the maf sensor and give you incorrect maf readings.
