Default lug bolt help

I have an 02 A4 1.8T quattro and it came with the 16" fat 5's. I'm putting on the 17" Sport Wheels. I have noticed that the 17's sit further from the hub.

My concern is the length of the lug bolt I currently have. With the Sport Wheels will I need longer lug bolts?...or is there such thing?

Thanks in advance for your help....I'm a noob go easy on me

Thank you! It just makes it hard to get to the lug bolt with the deep sockets in the sport wheel. Thanks again for the help

It's not difficult. If the tool you're using isn't working well just use the lug wrench from the tool kit in the trunk. Remember to take the bolt covers off too.

Oh, if you're changing the spare too you will have to get a new trunk liner. If you don't it won't lay flat. The liner for the 17s has a hump to allow the wider wheel to fit.
