Mods for the A4 3.0 V6
Hey,
I'll stop talking if you want
I was seriously thinking the last "go-fast" mod "may" be the lltek.com "sprint-booster" which is supposedly like the "M-mode" button within BMWs. Supposedly, it gives the sense of wide-open-throttle even when you're just tapping the accelerator.
When I called them the other day, I told them it would be an easier sale IF they had customer quotes, or had a money back guarantee that IF you don't like it, return it...."but we're so sure you'll like it that we guarantee it..." but of course, they don't, which leads me to believe that it's not all they claim it to be.... I don't know, may do it anyway and call it a day and know, short of a turbo or SC(which I'll never do) the car is "done."
Anybody here of the sprint boost from LLTek. They've only been selling them for a couple weeks, but I figure that, coupled with the chip, might make it feel a bit more punchy (feels good already though!).
Best,
Quad

Quad,
I found this link on the sprint boosters, it gives a 30 day money back and customer quotes.

Oh great, now I've "got" to purchase that. Thanks for spending my money
I just did IM with them as they don't have a 3.0 product listed, so the guy is checking with engineering as to which product ID I would use. I'll let you know.
Odd that LLTek wouldn't provide that money back guarantee (they said a 28% restocking fee...)

no problem, chicks are great at spending guys money.
well, you could look at it this way too:
you are buying it and telling me how you like it and then I'm going to buy it soooo in all reality, I'm spending both of our money.
it's a little sketchy that lltech won't do any of those AND charges a restocking fee, I'd go with that site if your gonna get it lol
