hey does anyone know how PSI a stock turbo can put out without any mods? What mods would i need to do if i wanted more PSI?

 

7-9 psi stock. A chip will generally bring it up to an 18 psi spike and hold around 15-16 before dropping off after 5k RPM's due to the small turbo.

 

I was under the impression the stock PSI fluctuated with air density and altitude. I could be wrong, but it was another thread I was reading here a while back, something about the ECU picking up on it and adjusting the PSI accordingly.

I'm eager to be corrected though, as it is something I am unsure of.
