so the first POS pcv went out at 10k, they replaced it with a later version. well the other day my car idled llike crap. check engine came on and to her into the stealership. the new valve has been reeingineered probably like the aftermarket. audi tech was surprized how it has changed from former starship enterprise look. glad it was something more expensive.

 

Shoulda used the BSH PCV. Awesome bulletproof piece.. I have never heard of one fail unless it was not seated on install and even the a reinstall fixed that.
