Default 2005 Audi A4 2.0T Boost Leakage..Help?

Hello,

2005.5 Audi A4 Quatrro 2.0T 38,000 Miles.

Installed following parts:

EuroSport Cat Back Exhaust Kit
SPEC Stage 2+ Clutch
Factory Audi FlyWheel, Release Bearings, and Pilot Bearings.
Forge Diverter Value 2.0T
Forge Spacer 2.0T
ASP Chip Upgrade 2.0T Equipped.

I went to Auto Speed in Voorhees, NJ (Exit 4 on Turnpike)
Threw the car on the Dyno, and pumped out only 14 pounds of boost.

The crew over there said that's terrible, and I should be pumping AT LEAST 19 pounds of boost. They had an exact car not to long ago in thier shop with exact upgrades as my car, and it pumped out 19 pounds of boost on the Dyno.

They did a Pressure test, and passed completely. They checked to see if the Diverter Value's hoses were installed correctly, they are.

Does anyone here know what the problem could possibly be? Pressure is leaking from somewhere.. but where??

I paid alot of money for 19 POUNDS, not 14 POUNDS.. I want my money's worth here!

Please help? ! =(

your apr chip could have been set wrong

did u notice any decrease performance.....like sudden decrease in performance or did u get the car dyno'd and then realize that u weren;t making proper boost

normally when u have a boost leak ur down to like 4-6 PSI with a small boost leak.....large boost leak your down to practically nothing.....sounds like ur running the stock ECU map

bring it to the dealer that did ur apr and ask him to see whats up

other then that maybe ur ECS is cutting your power short? idk if they did a pressure test and you passed i would say the problem lies in the ECU not mechanical

the chip was installed by Auto Speed. they have their own software.

The dyno was being used when I brought the car in, and since I'm so impatient I told them to install all the parts I mentioned above first, and THEN throw it on the Dyno.

I went to their shop with a 100% stock 2005 Audi A4 2.0T.

I'm planning on going to their shop again tomorrow..however it's a 2.5 hour drive. I don't feel like driving all the way there and "finding" what I need to buy, then coming back AGAIN to install / dyno test it?

That's why I would like all the suggestions possible so I can print this page and show them =).

I think the ECU is a pretty good explanation.. because I saw the pressure test with my own eyes, and it passed completely.

They are saying they want to take the Forge Diverter out, throw the stock one back, and see if that fixes it.....?

Maybe they have VAG-COM or something similar at the shop so they can record requested boost? That way they can see if it's a boost leak or the ECU just isn't calling for higher boost.

the forge dv valve is tenfold stronger then the stock DV with all the parts you put on ur car IF its running the boost its supposed to....you will blow ur stock DV faster then u can shift to 3rd

if the pressure test passed then the DV is obviously doing its job by holding pressure

you should keep your forge diveter vavle and spacer and get the car back to its stock specs and then take it to get the apr program rated the best ...and if your turbo isnt pumping out them 19ibs its ur turbo you can always buy the stage 2kit
