Chipping the Audi B7

egalley... it depends on if you want that woosh sound everytime you shift. the spacer will make that noise, and the adjustable one just allows you to change the woosh from fully open, partially open and closed... so it depends if you like hearing that woosh all the time

I'm completely happy with the STaSIS ECU upgrade - despite what the dealers may tell you, my fuel efficiency went down. I would generally get about 350 miles on a tank and after the chipping I get just over 300. Just an FYI.

your millage went down because you were driving all crazy with your new found power. Mine did the same at first but as of today I drove over 500 miles and I got just at 28mpg. It will take you a little while to simmer down and the millage will go up.

Exactly!!!..result for chipping is HFS (Heavy Foot Syndrome)..but what a big difference between stock and chip

haha ok ok maybe so... I did just get a solid 365 miles out of it this weekend so I retract my previous statement. ;-) - I wasn't sure if the ECU came with toe-weights or not, I see now that it does.
