Default hpfp fitting leaking?

I changed out my cam follower and in the process the return line brass fitting broke on the hpfp. I replaced the part and now I have a small drip gas leak. I didn't see any teflon used on the old part so does anyone know if teflon should be used here? It is definitely on tight and I don't want to chance breaking the fitting again.

Did you change the Banjo bolt and washers?

I think your referring to the metal washer between the fitting and the hpfp? No I didnt replace that or the banjo bolt.

Did you make sure both washers are in place? Every banjo bolt has two washers. Taking it out the inner one tends to fall down and most people don't even notice it. So they aren't aware there even was a second one.

well the bolt fell into the engine bay (washer may not be there) so thats probably why its leaking. Does anyone have a link to an exploded view of the parts of the hpfp so I can see this thing in detail and possibly see part numbers?

I think those washers are only meant to use once.
