Unhappy Ticking Noise, pressure leak

I have this ticking noise when car is running at idle, and it got lil worse about two days ago, also when I pull oil dip stick or stick w.e you call it i have good intake suction and engine starts to choke, car sometimes runs normal idle speed right under about 1000rpm, but now its starting to go up to 2000rpm and goes up and down, I am not sure what is couse of this, any ides or what to check, what to do, I also took video of it so you guys can hear it

Did you checked the engine timing? And its normal for an engine to choke when you push that dipstick again after pulling it. When you pull it, the gases escape through blow by.

Are you sure the ticking isn't just the fuel injectors? FSI engines do sound "diesel-y."

The fluctuating RPM at idle make it sound like bad PCV valve...

Check with the dealer to see if your car is part of the service action that was started recently. Audi will replace the PCV valve and related plumming free of charge.
