Default Electrical issues

I took the car in for its first oil change and ended up with a couple different problems. Not sure if it was started by Mt. Redout ash or something dealership did.
1st is a parking brake malfunction warning, yet the braking system still works properly.
2nd is passenger airbag is just off now, no matter how heavy the passenger is.
3rd has been happening since we first got it. When sunroof is raised in the rear and you go to close it, it almost closes and then opens back up, as if the safety feature is too sensitive.
My qustion is has anyone disconnected their battery to reset the computer and possibly fix these issues. I asked the dealer and they said absolutely not and I will screw up the whole car if I do that, but the book says that you can.

I dont understand how you cannot do that your just giving the computer a reset, if anything these are things you should get looked at very soon. I would suggest you give the car a reset (remove the negative and wait about 45seconds to a min or so and go for it again)

Anyone else?

Ya, I think I'm going to go for it and disconnect the battery. I'll give an update on whether it worked or its on a truck back to the dealer!

Well, I did it and the issues are still there, dealer time. Everything else works fine, so rebooting the computer seems to be safe, just not the fix for me.
