Default adding of external gps - help the newbie please

Hi everybody

I'm new here, but reading this forum for a while. I've just got my Audi Q7 2008 with MMI 2G and no navigation. Now i'm thinking of adding an external navi box and i've found the following thing while browsing through the web:

http://car-solutions.com/en/CS-9100-...te-Control.php .

These guys told me that this navi box works on windows CE, supports ms office, many gps client programs and 3g-internet. To connect this navi box they told me that i also need a video interface:

http://car-solutions.com/en/Car-Vide...en-Support.php .

Plus they told me that i can also get a touch-screen glass and it is possible to operate this navi box via touch-screen. My question - will it work or not? may be someone has installed any kind of external GPS and knows how all this works? If so, how it usually costs?

Please, all the suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks much.
