Hi guys, new here. Just bought my second used A6, it's a 2006 with a 4.2 automatic 6 speed tiptronic. Was fine until today, I put the vehicle in park, set the brake, turned the engine off but when I went to exit the car I got a warning chime and on the display it said that the car needed to be in park, and that the doors wont lock until it's in park. Problem is, it was in park! I shifted through the gears and drove it, parked it and got the same warning. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have a fix? Thanks!
