Indicator flasher unit

Default Indicator flasher unit

Indicators on my 2001 A6 avant wont work. The hazord lights are still working fine so there are no bulbs out. how do i find the flasher unit and replace it?

The flasher relay is built into the hazard switch. If it's the relay going bad, chances are your hazards will stop working shortly. If not, it's either a blown fuse or a faulty turn signal switch. That assembly is built into the switchbox at the base of the stalk, inside the column. You'll have to pull the airbag and steering wheel to access it.
