The Navigation on my 06 A6 will not work, through VCDS I get the following fault:

Now, I have tried with 2 DVDs (ver2 & ver5), one of which came out of my other Audi and worked absolutely fine. The disks look clean and scratch free. The only difference was that Audi was running MMI 4610 and this one is running 1190. I also ran a optical bus diagnostic with no errors. After I cleared the errors and reset the MMI I got it to come on for about 20 seconds before it shut off again!
Is there anything you can suggest I try next? I really do not want to buy another DVD drive if I dont have to. Thanks, any help is appreciated.
