Hi all

My A6 ventilation system is showing 11.5 (Central flap static block) on the on board diagnostics which means that no air is coming from the dash board and rear vents. It did this some months ago then it just cleared but this time it has been like it for a couple of weeks.

Any suggestions or further questions will be greatly received.
