Hi when I insert my key the car is just dead. After some effort pulling on the wheel it will eventually unlock when key is inserted and will allow car to be started. It does it with both keys. Does anyone know what's causing this? And how much it costs to repair. Doesn't happen everytime but getting more frequent and warning disappears.
