need help 02 audi s4 transmission problem

i have a six speed transmission out of a 02 audi s4 that is all put back together and turns freely and shifts proper but when i tighten the last bellhousing bolt it locks it up any suggestions??

Have you had it back apart to inspect the the clutch? Sounds like the disk is causing it to bind. What do you mean lock up? You do know the disc only goes one way?
