Valentine One has the best reputation and outscored the others in tests a couple years ago. I have a Bel Vector 940 which I bought 5 years ago for $159. I've put on a lot of miles (180k between 3 cars) and it's saved me a lot of times. However, you get what you pay for and the V1 is $399.
